Debugging of color sorter

The color sorter is a device that uses photoelectric detection technology to automatically sort out heterochromatic particles in granular materials according to the differences in the optical characteristics of the materials. The debugging of the color sorter does not need to follow the steps, just complete the following items.

1. Check whether the valve is completed, whether the nozzle sequence is correct, adjust the position of the machine, and check whether the air pressure is normal.

2. Adjust the machine level and check whether the air pressure is normal.

3. Adjust the screw of the vibrator, the pressure reducing plate, check the position of the instrument channel and the mouthpiece, and adjust the position of the camera after completion.

4. Check whether the lamps are all on, and perform manual cleaning to see if the cleaning is normal.

5. Adjust the delay, width, background plate, sensitivity and output.

6. Make sure that the glass and the background plate are clean, whether the path of the cutting observation instrument is jumping, whether the path of the cutting material is jumping (no matter what material, there is a jumping phenomenon), and adjust the position of the background plate and the glass plate. Check whether the wire connections of the electric control box are loose and whether the original checkboxes are intact, and then fix and correctly connect the live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire of the stabilized power supply.

7. Check whether all circuit connectors in the electric control box are loose, check whether the originals in the sorting box are intact, and then fix and correctly connect the live, neutral, and ground wires of the stabilized power supply.

The delay function of the color sorter is to blow out the inferior products from the nozzle for a period of time, but at this time, high-quality materials cannot be obtained. The result is that only secondary material is blown. If the delay is incorrect, too much good material will be blown out of the secondary material, and the color of the whole machine is not clean.
